The red doesn’t come back in a few years?

Why have Brazilian cherry if you're going to bleach it??? I saw a sample of BC years ago and it was one of the most beautiful hardwoods I've ever seen. There are just SO many other options if you don't want red floors. This is like when people bleach out walnut. Another gorgeous wood; don't get why you'd want to turn it into some blondish-looking wood when you could just go with something else (less expensive) to get the color you want.

Do you dampen the microfiber before mopping the bona spray?

What is your brand of bleach your using as with the 2 part stuff I use I can’t put stain on it as the stain reacts with the bleach and it’s a resand .

Help! Just bought a house with cherry wood floors and used the bona high gloss hardwood floor polish and it looks terrible. It's streaky and I'm worried I may have ruined the wood. Is there a way to remove the product from the wood? Many thanks!

No offense, but the floor looks dull instead of the luster of that beautiful red. I understand the clients wanted to remove the red. I’m guessing you used oxalic acid. Why not try and dye it to a medium walnut color? It’s not impossible.

If the entire floor is warped and cupped is it ruined? We are looking at a Victorian property and want to keep the original floors but they are in a state.

NEVER use vinegar on your hardwood floors.

If you bleach the Brazilian Cherry floor two or three times and give it a light stain, will it darken like un-bleach cherry does?

You can use pledge product on the floor just not pledge multisuface cleaner for furniture on the floor . But you can certainly use pledge floor multisurface cleaner since it does not leave a build up like bona does . After using bona floor cleaners it does leave a buildup it has been proven in floor testing. Im.not saying bona isn't any good on floors I just wouldn't use it every time since it does leave a build up after a while. I think it's good to use the correct pledge floor cleaner for your particular floor. And switch back ans forth between the 2 or on natural wood floors using the wood soap for floor that actually clean the floor leaving almost no sent .I also think Murphys oil for floors works well too when you use the correct amount as with any product following the manufacturer guide lines makes for a good job on floors .I see this often wee the home owner thinks the more the better when it's not so... Harming the floor even more.

I like the addition of the glue. The pad’s adhesive alone doesn’t keep the pads in place.

You know what really works? Liver. Take a big slab of beef liver and wipe. It works on all the wood.

Does Bono make the floor slippery?

That “Bona” crap builds up and makes the floor dull plus you’re not killing germs because you’re told not to wet mop. No thank you. Nasty!
